PERCH: Kiehl's In-Store Experience

Found this video which shows a way that Kiehl's have previously tried to use interactive visual merch/in store experiences with their fragrance range.

'Perch worked with Kiehl’s Since 1851 to design a fun, memorable in-store customer experience for the launch of the Aromatic Blends fragrances. Each fragrance is associated with an exotic travel destination, and entices customers to pick up the bottles to reveal more information about the origins and ingredients of each scent.

The campaign tried to emphasize the special location of each fragrance and the two special ingredients after which the products are named. When the customer picks up a fragrance, a small biplane flies across the table, from the place where the fragrance was resting to the associated country on the map. This is followed by an animation featuring flowers, fruits and other ingredients in the perfume.

Having experienced one bottle, visitors will generally want to explore all four bottles, learning a little at each destination along the way.'

Survey

At the mo we have 18 responses so it needs to be pushed!!! 

It is representing our thinking however, with the majority of men responding being 36+!

Focus group is our next port of call, hopefully we can do this next week.

Also, we should all now have the brief from loreal so it might be worth spending a little bit of time looking over the brief and figuring out what we need to achieve for both xxx

1)What product do you use at the moment for your skincare?
2) How do you feel about the products you have been sent?

6) Do you like the Kiehl's website?
7)Would you use an anti- wrinkle cream?
8)Would you use a soap that had anti-wrinkle cream in it but didn't advertise it as such?
9)Would you go into a shop for a skin consultation?
